Fadema Company's Conghua Team Building Concludes Successfully, Team Cohesion Sets Off Again

From March 17 to 18, all employees of Guangzhou Fadema Import and Export Co., Ltd. traveled to Conghua for a two-day spring team-building activity. With the theme "One Villa, One Courtyard, One Team; One Heart, One Path, One Journey," the event aimed to let employees temporarily leave the noise of the city, relax amid green mountains and clear waters, and enhance teamwork and cohesion.

On the first day, the whole group arrived at Tianren Shanshui Art Park, strolling and taking photos among flowers and lush scenery. In the afternoon, they held ice-breaking activities and group competitions, carrying out events such as "Quicksand River," "Muster on the Battlefield," "Challenge No. 1," and "Dodge Frisbee," testing the teams' on-the-spot decision-making, command and coordination, and collaborative skills. The groups divided work and cooperated, covering for one another with tacit understanding. In the end, the red and blue teams tied for first place, and the team-building competition came to a successful conclusion. In the evening, they checked into Alice Manor Villa. Living under the same roof, employees sang karaoke, played billiards, sat around playing mahjong, and shared a relaxed and joyful night. The next day, the team went to Xitou Village, a beautiful village in Guangzhou, strolling leisurely along stone alleys and streams, tasting rural delicacies such as wood-fired kiln bread and mountain spring tofu pudding, capturing images of rustic old houses and the warm spring sun, and enjoying a slow-paced time.

Although the two-day journey was short, the memories are long. This team-building activity allowed employees to temper their team spirit through challenges and deepen their friendship through joyful gatherings. Everyone said they would carry this spring warmth and unified drive, continue moving forward shoulder to shoulder, and go all out to meet future work and challenges.
